"The staff were great and let my family use the breakfast area for an evening family get together. It was great. However, the rooms had a musty smell and my son and daughter in-law had to move to another hotel because the hotel was full, but there room had a mold and mildew problem to where she was having difficulty breathing. The hotel (not Hotels,com) refunded one night. The HVAC and ventilation system needs improvement."

"The Resort was Amazing is what my daughter said , we gifted the stay at Port Ludlow Resort. The Staff were very accommodating after a mixup with Hotels.com which I will not use anymore. Thank Goodness for the resort being friendly and sweet to my daughter and her husband."

"We had such an enjoyable 3 day stay at the Oxford Suites. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We had great service and a wonderful experience all around. They offered a free buffet breakfast each morning, 1 free drink in the bar each evening along with an offering of soup and salad. It was great to come back and relax in the bar before turning in for the night. The location was perfect with amazing views. Although we didn't get a balcony room, I would highly recommend it for the views. There were a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well. I would stay here again if we return to the area."

"Overall, it was a nice and somewhat quirky place to stay. It was comfortable and we liked the room. The bathroom could use some updating as the shower was small and the toilet seat seemed like it was made for tiny bums. The view was pretty and it was peaceful. If they did some work on the restaurant and bar, it would be a busier spot. We really liked the idea of staying there, it just needs some TLC. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Beautiful cabin in the woods. Conveniently located to both outdoors and a small town. It was great to step outside and see the stars, hear nature and also feel secure with a fence around our private space. The cabin had a comfortable bed and futon for sleeping (I was on a trip with my adult child). This property seemed new based on the freshly painted smell and its heating system worked well. I actually didn’t know we were going glamping until we were about to arrive due to my child choosing the property. I was pleasantly surprised by how charming, secluded, and posh the cabin was!Although you don’t have your own private bathroom, it’s only steps away and it was never occupied when I needed to use the space. The cabin and bathroom each have an instant water heater so there’s plenty of warm/hot water when needed.Many private properties I’ve stayed at in recent years will skimp on the bedding and black out curtains, this one got it right!Hint: bring slippers if you’re visiting during the colder months because the tile is chilly in the morning (I had mine)."

"This was a great economical choice for getting away on a tight budget. The only drawback is that I did book relatively last minute (on a Friday to stay the following Tuesday) and when we arrived it had not been cleaned and the beds had not been changed. I reached out to the host via the Vrbo app explaining that we were there but it didn’t look ready for us but we had to takeoff to a 4 o’clock appointment (3 o’clock checkin). When we were done with our appointment I could see that the host had tried to call and so I called back and they apologized profusely and realized that the updated cleaning schedule hadn’t got to the attention of the one doing the cleaning after our last-minute reservation. By the time I talked with the host the cleaning person was already on their way to come and take care of it. Unfortunately the cleaning person was getting there right after 6 PM and would need about an hour and a half to complete the wash and restore everything as it should be and so we ended up having to go out to eat that evening which I had not planned on. I really appreciated the host getting back to me as soon as they did but I will say this did greatly impact our one night stay as far as time and money. Probably wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we were staying multiple nights. Once the cleaning person left the place was beautiful and comfortable."
