Pleasant and comfortable stay in Muar

Pleased with the clean, bright and cool room. The reception staff are friendly and helpful with my requests. Glad there’re ample free parking lots available within the hotel compound. Location of hotel is ideally located just off the main road.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for the past one week. This is the second time we stay here. The location is good, the room is clean and the staffs are very friendly. A little disappointed that the room we stayed, the shower heater is not hot enough. This is a non-smoking hotel. Unfortunately even with such a big NON-SMOKING signboard displayed at common area, we still came across hotel guests smoking at the corridor or outside their rooms. Hope that the management will take action on this to better maintain the beauty of this cozy hotel.

Satisfied stay but can make it better

Overall was satisfied. Some improvements could make it better. Change to better quality bed and pillows, current bed and pillow not so comfortable to sleep with, the bed is hard and pillow too high. The lightings in the room should be improved, current lightings looked dull and could make it more contemporary. It would be better if could create a small area section for gym. I believe this will attact more travellers to stay in your hotel

Value for money..Within the hotel vicinity there is some cafe and restaurant.A lot of parking available and easy drive of bout 5 to 10 mins away from town.Bentayan food court is just right outside the main street .

It was a pleasant stay. The front desk staffs were friendly and accommodative. the place is quite comfortable and cozy. the cleanliness of the room floor wasnt in the best condition as the dust can be seen on bed sheets, transferred by our foot. but its tolerable. the shower is clean. overall, im loving the stay and might just come back.

It was the worst experience that had never happened with us before. Imagine when you check into the room, 1st discovered a cockroach under the table, get rid of it and start to unpack and wanted to get some rest after long drive from KL and then, on the ceiling another cockroach up there staring down on you. Terrible, right? Immediately my wife run to the reception and complain. 2nd, those staffs come over, just come into the room with shoes stepping in! Rediculous.

Had an enjoyable stay in this property. Staffs are polite and rooms are spacious and clean. Do request for the rooms nearer to the reception/lobby if you prefer a quieter room.

WiFi cannot use. Bed sheet is a bit dirty and dusty. Air conditioner is not functioning well. However, there is free parking provided and location is good.
