"We've stayed here before and have never had a problem, but this time the room had bugs and had a strong bug spray smell and the bathroom had a bad sewer smell. It might be an issue only in certain rooms. I mentioned it to the desk at check-out and the said they'd look into it. The breakfast is good and the location in Terminal 3 is very handy. We'll give them anorher try next time we fly through Jakarta."

"Towels: The longevity of bathroom towels is an important consideration for a GRAND hotel. I discovered that the sides of the bath towels were frayed, and the color is dull (not white anymore). p.s: the old towels don't have to be thrown away. It is repurposable."

"This was the second time I stayed here. They maintain the hotel really well, everything is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s really close to the airport and the shuttle service is awesome. Although the swimming pool was the first thing that got to my attention. It’s big and clean, has enough room for everyone to share. Nice jacuzzi. Two big saunas and a nice cooling pool. And a locker room where you can shower and change your clothes after swimming. "A little tricky to find but it was very good. The staff also helped to organise us a shuttle to T3 for our next flight. Helped with our bags. Nice and quiet 👍✅"
