Room was very clean. Staff outstanding . Especially the bar steward and Reception. Pool sauna and breakfast was amazing. The buffet dinner is a winner all round . Great choice and good value at €35 pp. You wont be disappointed

I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German. Very comfortable stay in a lovey area of NRW. Unfortunately I could not appreciate all the facilities, which are welcoming with their hours of availability. Now I know where to stay the next time I come to the region.

Der günstige Preis für die reine Unterkunft mit Wellnessbeteich lockt Gäste an, die erheblich überteuerten Preise für die gebotenen und gelieferten Leistungen bei Frühstück und Abendessen schrecken eher ab! Ich nenne das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Sachen Qualität und Auswahl für Frühstück und Restaurant unverhältnismäßig überteuert! Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber auch zum Teil abgewohnt und unsauber, die Vorhänge müssten mal gewaschen werden und die Badezimmer von Schimmel und Kalk befreit!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle ruhige Lage. Ist etwas abseits aber zumindest wir wollten das auch so. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hatte eine nette Auswahl da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein, alles andere würde mich wundern. Die Zimmer sind auch völlig in ordnung sie sind schön groß zumindest unsers war es. Mit der "Stromaktivirung" hatten wir anfangs etwas Schwierigkeit könnte aber auch Paddeligkeit gewesen sein. Der Pool war uns etwas zu frisch aber ok. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel noch mal buchen würden wir noch mal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen.
