They personally messaged several days ahead of checking in to confirm our expected arrival time, and offered recommendations for travel to Heidelberg from the Frankfurt Airport that was super helpful. We ended up arriving just as the hotel staff were starting their day, and they promptly led us to our room so we could immediately try to alleviate the jet lag! The rooms are delightful and very spacious. Breakfast in the cozy and historic cellar is charming. And of course so much of old Heidelberg is so close. It's a delightful place to stay!"
