Accommodation description:
In Mühlbach at Hochkönig Winterreich is an apartment complex in a sunny position and easily accessible by car. Close to the Hochkeil ski area and ski bus stop (220m). The luxuriously furnished flat includes a living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious balcony (15m2), and a smaller balcony (5m2). You can also use the communal sauna in the complex. Please note that there is no lift, so the flat is less suitable for the disabled
Mühlbach is one of the three villages (along with Dienten and Maria Alm) that lie against the stately 2941-metre-high mountain, the Hochkönig. Here you will find several shops and restaurants. The ski area of the same name is equipped with modern lifts and it is a beautiful area for beginners as well as (advanced) skiers. Via the Königstour, you can even ski down to the village of Maria Alm. Cross-country skiing is, of course, also possible here. As the trails are located high up, it is easily passable even well into winter.

In summer, it is a beautiful hiking and mountain biking area. Highly recommended for nature lovers

Familienurlaub

Wir sind als Großeltern mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln bei euch angereist. Wir waren schon durch die vorherigen Bilder von euch gut eingestimmt und die Wirklichkeit hat davon keine Abstriche getan. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht und die Betreueung durch Frau Mörschbacher war super. Die Umgebung ist im Sommer gut zu erkunden. Aktivitäten sind genügend vorhanden.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Aber Vorsicht: Wenn Sie im April/Mai reisen, ist fast alles in der Gegend geschlossen. Restaurants, Skilifte, Touristenattraktionen, mit anderen Worten: alles. Dies wird wahrscheinlich auch im Herbst der Fall sein (zwischen Sommer und Wintersaison).

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort, um einen herrlichen Schneeurlaub zu verbringen. Der Skibus bringt Sie in 10 Minuten zu den Skipisten. Ein schönes Skigebiet. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse. Innen ist es sehr geräumig und gut gegen Kälte und Lärm isoliert. Äußerst empfehlenswert!

Tolle Ferienwohnung Super Ausblick

Luxuriöse Ferienwohnung im Dachgiebel/ oberstes Geschoss. Alles auf dem neuesten Stand, alles neue Küchengeräte(AEG ), eigentlich fehlt es an nichts… Natürlich würde der ein oder andere immer was zum beanstanden finden, für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Sauna die sich auch mit der Wohnung befindet ist gefühlt in 20 Minuten auf 80° Erhitzt und man kann saunieren gehen. Ist aber nur für zwei Leute gedacht, das sollte man wissen. Ansonsten gebe es auch noch eine öffentliche Sauna im Hause, welche auch nett gestaltet ist. Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt es unten im Dorf( zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten relativ steil Berg abwärts, muss man dann natürlich auch wieder hoch laufen, inklusive einem kleinen Spar und Bäcker. Insgesamt können wir diese Wohnung ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen und würden auch wieder hinfahren.

Super schöne FeWo . Alles da, was man braucht. Toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Ruhig, die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen hat man kaum gehört. Tolle Wohnküche, mit großem Tisch. Wohnung in schöner Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Supermarkt, Bäcker und gute Gastwirtschaften im Dorf. Schlüsselübergabe problemslos , dankt Schlüsselsafe und nette "Betreuung" vorort .

Es war sehr schön, das Wetter hat auch zum Großteil gepasst.

Die eigene Sauna in der Wohnung ist ein Highlight gewesen. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat ist, daß es keine Kindersicherung (Treppengitter) bei der Treppe gab aber da haben wir uns anders beholfen. Im Großen und ganzen können wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
