"This hotel was amazing. I stayed in Fethiye overnight to get the ferry to Rhodes, Greece in the morning and this hotel was a ONE MINUTE WALK from the ferry! You could see it from the balcony, which overlooks the beautiful marina with lots of ships coming and going. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. "I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. "Very good location of the compound, just 15min walking from the main walking path, couple of minutes to the bus station, couple of minutes to the sea. It was great to rent a bicycle right inside of the compound. "The proparty is situated in the old town of Fethiye close to the harbour and not far from a dolmus stop. Everything is nearby. The appartement looks new and very clean. Very friendly host. If you needed somerhing it was brought to you immediatly. We can recomment it to everybody who is liooking for a nice stay in Fethiya. "

"The hotel has olive trees, banana trees, palm trees, you can swim while looking at the forest & mountain because of all those things it was very relaxing. Staff were so helpful, cheerful. The sea was amazing. Going to downtown Bodrum by taxi 10-15 min. Next year definitely will come here again☺️"

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
