The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"

"Courteous staffs, good amenities but the rooms are outdated, thermostat for room temperature control is not functioning, the electric sockets next to the bed are not working, an old tower was left hanging in the bedroom. "

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring water was great. But if they just work on their service, it would be 5 stars. "
