I stayed here in Nov 2024 and Jun 2025. This property is so beautiful. There is long term construction right next to the property so there is noise during the day. Everything was perfect to have a relaxing time.

The Kizantei Hotel
This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in while in Japan. Every floor has a different layout and the rooms themselves are like small houses. Everything is spacious, and ease to get around. Rakuten STAY VILLA Aso Kurokawa
Very clean and well-maintained, the villa is spacious and faces east so you get a sunrise view from the living area. Make sure you reach before sundown because the road in is winding and treacherous. Best to familiarise yourself on your first drive at peast.
