"Don’t book with this host. No communication, inaccurate messaging around check in and no communication on the day of check-in. Took 2 hours to get in contact, thanks to Vrbo Customer Support. Host tells me he’s double booked, wants to call me directly and set me up with one of his other properties. I declined his bait & switch, he got hostile and hung up on myself and support. Thankfully, I got my refund."

"The property was clean and nice. It had most everything we needed. We did run out of paper towels once but the property manager took care of it quickly. The check in/out process was a little kludgy in that you have to park on the street temporarily, run up to the apartment to pick up or drop off the garage pass.
