"Beware, this host has units listed on multiple websites. We arrived late in the evening and someone else was already in our unit, because their unit had been overbooked. Host speaks no English, said wasn’t her problem, and we were left to scramble to find a hotel. Kudos to Expedia and VRBO for refunding and working with us. But they even had trouble reaching the host. The area where the property is located doesn't seem very safe."

"Very cozy and comfortable unit in a great location for our needs. Publix just around the corner for grocery needs and a great Italian deli/bakery just minutes away. Pool very close to unit was great - had it all to ourselves on weekdays. Prices and minimum stay were increased during our time frame due to the airshow happening that week but compared to the increases charged by local hotels it was completely understandable. Owner was extremely accommodating on allowing us an early check in when we made better travel time than anticipated. Would definitely rent here again when visiting the area."

"The staff is very nice. The breakfast was better than expected. Unfortunately, they work at an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. The pool was not usable. There are multiple pallets stored in the lobby area. The gym has broken equipment. Both beds in my room are worn out and noisy. The door to the parking lot acknowledged my room key on Friday, but not Saturday. The room door did not meet the minimum 20-minute fire rating requirement."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and not crowded. In fact we had to ourselves one day. It was fun to see the squirrels, birds and even a baby alligator. Complex is very quiet and we met some really nice neighbors. "
