"We travel to Tampa often to see my family and I have been wanting to stay here for a while. I finally did and it did not dissapoint. From the perfect suite to the excellent and attentive staff, an ELITE property to stay at. Super clean and beautifully put together, the sweetest staff and the coolest little pond that makes me feel like I am watching Animal Planet live, right from the balcony... it is PERFECT. This is our new place and I can't wait to come back!"

"It was terrible not having a coffee pot in the room. Who wants to get dressed just to have your first cup of coffee in the morning? Also we go on vacation to sleep in and if you do you will not get any breakfast because they close breakfast at 9:00am!!! That is unheard of. The choices for breakfast was very limited and my husband said it was not good . Also the blinds are nice but everyone knows a good quality nights sleep includes a cold dark room. Light comes through the blinds. I have never been in a hotel room without a room darkening curtain. It was very pricey and very poor quality for amenities. We will not stay at this chain again."
