"The staff were absolutely wonderful & very helpful. The property & rooms were very clean. The only down side was that there was not any hot water. The front desk helped us find a room with warmer water but it took a very long time for it to get warm. It was not the staffs fault that these issues accrued, but it was hard showering in cold water! The elevator was also out but it didn’t affect my stay or family."
