"When we attempted to check into the Royal Mansion Hotel, the manager said he had moved us to a branch facility, the DE Shalimar Hotel. This hotel was very dirty. We had to change rooms because the first one was full of mold on the walls. The second room was dirty, even the bedsheets were soiled. The room was extremely noisy, and the food was terrible. We pre-paid three times more per night for the Royal Mansion than the DE Shalimar charged. I demanded a full refund, but the Royal Mansion refused to give any refund. The hotel is a scam."

"This hotel is located in a Golf and Country Club. It opened less than a year ago. All the amenities are world-class. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very quiet, and there are two excellent dining choices."

"As a foreigner staying in Multan is really difficult. You are not allowed out without a police escort and getting one depends on the relationship the hotel has with the police or the effort they want to put in. This hotel is by far the worst of the three Multan hotels I stayed in. The staff are pretty unmotivated and continually promise things will be done when they clearly won't. They cleaned the room on day one (of 5) then gave up. The restaurant staff were helpful with the food ok. Getting out of the hotel in the evening was impossible. The last 2 nights was booked for a wedding who took ober the restaurant, communal areas and on occasion the lobby. The others just had to make do. If you are a foreigner only come to Multan if you need to. If you do this would be low down on the list of hotels I would choose."

"I booked through Expedia who took my money off me. Falettis said they had more ord of my booking. Expedia have not refunded my to date despite my complaint. "
