"Amazing! A place to relax, take in the views. Stairs everywhere m, you have to be really careful, not for elderly or handicapped. But must stay at least one night."

"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan"

It is in a perfect location near the main strip, making it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the lobby concierge was extremely helpful in organizing a group boat trip for us. We felt very safe during our entire stay. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is really unique and really feels integrated with the nature around it. It was very clean, comfortable, and had great views. But the best part about our experience there was the staff. The manager was so helpful and kind. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong date and booked an extra day (not sure how I managed that). The manager completely took care of us and not only prepared a room for us, but she sorted things out with Expedia so I was reimbursed for the extra booked night and...
