"The worst hotel experience in India. The staff were uninterested and were just unhelpful. The food in the Chinese restaurant was sub par - such a pity because at one time it used to be really good. If you need to stay near the airport, I would suggest looking at other places."

"I booked Landside Arrival, when i reached there they sent me to Departures side, not sure why Then i had to come to arrivals side to take the lift next day. Rooms are small, not all have windows, & the bed was so close to the wall that at night i kept on banging my knees against the walk at night ..."

"From the time I arrived, the bathroom had a horrible smell, and I asked the stuff to get somebody to fix it and all they did was spray air freshener on top of the gutters…. He opened it to put air freshener inside and it was disgusting as if it wasn’t cleaned for years…. Same smell in the shower ..."
