当日、エクスペディアで予約済のバウチャーを提示して チェックインをするも、何時間も待たされた挙げ句、 支払いが確認できないといって退去させられた。 ムンバイでの観光と宿泊をあきらめて、すぐにアウランガバートへ移動するはめになった。

Short shuttle from the airport. Good central location for withdrawing foreign funds and street shopping for gifts and snacks. Very kind and hospitable staff and the made to order breakfast is lovely. Their egg biriyani is REALLY good!

Don't choose this hotel if travelling with family.

Standard rooms are in very bad shape. I booked standard room looking at the photo on website but then I have to change room to executive delux by paying Rs. 823+taxes per night. The blinds of the executive delux room were not working and hence all 4 days we were staying in artificial lights. Breakfast is free but the options are 2 to 3 only and they are same all days.

Decent 3 Star Hotel.

Decent 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite clean and the room was large enough for a 4 night stay. The main problem was the water pressure. My room was on the 3rd floor. There was hardly any water coming out of the fixed shower spout. So, I had to fill the bucket and shower Indian style during my stay. You also need to take your own toilet paper. The kitchen was closed as work was being done. So, they ordered food from outside. The breakfast was quite nice. The hotel is about 20 mins from the airport, if there is no traffic. Did not go to the city, so I can't tell you what's involved there. Check in and check out was a breeze and quite smooth. Hotels in Mumbai are overpriced, and the Golden Swan is no different. I would stay here again if could get it at a decent rate.

Clean Hotel

Checked in around 9 PM and was told that my room was not ready. I got dumped in a smoking room. It stank and I could barely sleep. The female receptionist was most unhelpful and lied about room availability, etc. Fortunately, another receptionist named Ahmed was very helpful and did his best to help. After complaining for 3 days, I was moved into another room on the 3rd Floor. This room was fairly comfy, clean and modern. Bathroom and toilet was small, but clean and OK. Water pressure was a problem quite often, but used the bucket Indian style when I had to. Breakfast served in the room. Not sure about the choices, cos I just ate eggs every morning. Had room service deliver lunch once. Food was OK and reasonable. Also included was a free pickup and drop off service to the airport. I would stay in the hotel again, cos it was a good experience once the room problems were sorted out. I would say it was a fairly decent 3 star place .... if one stayed in the modernized 3rd floor rooms. I was in Room 302.

Traditional Indian Hotel

The booking included an airport drop. As we did not need it, we were offered airport pick up, and it was really helpful after our flight from Colombo to Mumbai in mid night. The staff looked traditional, no smile on face at all. Room was smaller than we expected. Bathroom looked clean but very small, there were no bad smells. Sleep quality was good, no disturbances. Ok to stay for 1 or 2 night, close to airport and its a plus point.

A good airport option

Located at Santa Cruz, this is convenient for the airport and the free shuttle to and from there is very welcome. Proximity to the station is also good for access to south Mumbai. Breakfast served in the room is adequate. Rooms are smallish but quite well maintained and with some attempt at being stylish. Staff are friendly and not judgemental. A good option for passing through.

Downgraded room

Hotel overbooked n tried to push me off to some unknown hotel which I refused to accept. Gave me a matchbox sized room with very noisy aircon and wouldn't even go out of his way to buy me a beer for the mess he inflicted on me. Am there again tonight, so see if he meets his promise of the room I actually booked, otherwise it's a serious complaint re misspelling to Hotels.com

Sauberes Zimmer in Flughafennähe

Wer einen Abflug von Mumbai plant ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten 2 Nächte hier und der Service war super. Am Abreise Tag fuhr man uns zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend, mit genügend Sitz- und Stellmöglichkeiten, Klimaanlage, Fehrnsehn. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Essen bekam man aufs Zimmer. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle war auch gleich in der nähe. Rauchen war auf unserem Zimmer erlaubt.

Best Bang For Your Buck

Stayed in the hotel for a night and it was pleasant. They allowed me to check in at 8 AM instead of 12 PM, which was the best part. I recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel

Had a really great experience here. Really nice, professional staff at reception. They went above and beyond helping me get my bus ticket sorted out after I missed my first bus out of there. Super nice, helpful people. I was there as a young, single women, and felt completely safe. Good location, clean, comfortable room, and really fast free WiFi. I will definitely be coming back here.

Wasn't bad

I was there for a short stay. The room looked OK however the walls had their plasters coming out at places. Cleanliness was good and the staff were courteous. The food quality can definitely improve. One thing I didn't like was I had asked them for a wake up call at 5:30 am which the staff totally forgot and almost made me miss my flight.

I won't recommend this to anyone.

Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. They were trying to she'll out money for small small reasons. We had requested them for early checkin to which they had agreed earlier. But later they charged 2000 rs.

Nice hotel close to airport, Juhu and bandra

Hotel Golden Swan treated us very well. We had complimentary transport from and to the airport, with breakfast included delivered in the room 30 minutes after ordering. The rooms were smaller then in the photos but cleanliness was acceptable for average hotels in the area. We arrived at 3:30am at the hotel and everything went ok. It is easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel and major spots in bandra, juhu, vile parle and santacruz are within 10/15 minutes. Internet access was very low in our room, and we received one access code per day, which only could be used in one device or computer. That was limiting.
