Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It's conveniently located near the train station, but it's inside a market, so getting a taxi is a bit difficult. The hot water works well, but rats playing in the ceiling kept me up at night. The bathroom and bed sheets aren't clean.

The roads close to the hotel are extremely busy and hectic. Taxi cannot access the hotel so you have to walk down the streets. The hotel is ok. Staff friendly and rooms clean

The good: The property itself seems well secured. The people working the front desk were very nice and flexible in terms of hours open to let us in even though we came late in the night. The AC and the hot water always worked.
The bad: This guest house is in a dark alley that a few taxis refused to drive to, which makes it feel very unsafe for lone or female travelers. The outside area is very loud especially early in the morning and full of rats, but oh well, it's India. The room was not very clean, and I brought my own sheets. There was mold everywhere and bugs in the bathroom. The wifi didn't work most of the time.
