Residency Hotel Fort

10/10 Excellent

"I had a single, budget room for 3 nights and would recommend staying there. The budget, single room itself was small and a little tired (the Mumbai heat and humidity have caused trouble with some laminate surfaces), but it was spotlessly clean, had a wide range of tea and coffee, good toiletries and good aircon. Great value for money. The breakfast buffet was great - a wide range of food - cereal, fruit, Indian staples, omlette, waffles, doughnuts and dosa, tea and coffee, juices, etc.. Location is ideal - about a 10 minute walk from CSMT, about 20 minutes from Gateway of India, the Aqua line to the airport is about 2 minutes away. However, the standout reason to stay at this hotel are the staff! They could not be any friendlier or happy to help. My laundry was collected within minutes of me asking, a member of staff saw me struggle with the door lock and came and sorted it out for me, the guys on the desk gave great restaurant recommendations, the lounge staff brought bottles of water and offers of tea and coffee if you so much as glanced at a seat.... They worked really well as a team, and genuinely seemed happy to have you stay with them. Recommended!"

Ibis Mumbai Bkc

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent customer service provided by all staff including team from restaurant. Very helping. I think good training being given. Nice clean room. We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The only problem I faced that they used too strong garam masala. They need to maintain international standards in preparing food. It’s a just small advice."
