"The breakfast felt like something was missing but it was good. The semi-frequent sound of airplanes overhead was hard to miss while I was awake but wasn't an issue while I slept. There was plenty of space for parking. The room was nice, but my room's hair dryer didn't work. This wasn't a big deal for me so I didn't bring it up with the staff, but I feel confident that they would've accounted for this if I mentioned it. Check-in and check-out were both seamless."

"Nice room, staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was it had snowed and noone had cleaned off the walkway to the parking lot. Very slippery if you weren't careful, plus about 2" of snow on it."

"My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants. "

"With it only bring $97 on NYE I thought it would be a substandard stay. To my surprise it was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Didn't have that "yuck" smell in the elevator or hallways. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend!!"
