"The location was a bit far from downtown, specially going to location as it was a steep incline. The shower floor was slippery since it had same tile as the walls. This created a dangerous situation if one takes a shower barefoot."

The location is amazing it’s like in the center of Guanajuato Capital. The staff is always friendly and helpful to what every question or need that we encounter. Free breakfast, good deals on the tours, we always book them with the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel."
