"You guys this place is a must the amount of details that they go through and the staff and how polite they are is beyond. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love"

"Absolutely a five-star experience from beginning to end! Our Villa was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. All of the servers was phenomenal, attentive, friendly, professional, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in making guests feel special, and that level of hospitality made such a lasting impression on us. "Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."

"My solo stay at this Adiwana Alas Harum was incredible! Every staff member is extremely kind and welcoming. The onsite amenities are outstanding, and I so appreciate the private escort through the village to the local temple. The food and jungle villa were magical. I recommend this property for solo travelers as well as couples and families, as a huge diverse group of guests!!"

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."
