Loved it 100% suggest

Gorgeous village of onsens and pottery with a lovely historic shrine within a short walk. Some good restaurants and a craft brewer. River view room one of the most lovely rooms I’ve had, minimalist design with sleek aesthetics, great wet room and sauna with village onsen access included and 10meters walk away. Very comfy bed and nice amenities with small guest kitchen. Would recommend highly

The staff at this hotel was extremely kind and considerate. Would give the staff 6 stars if I could!

ロケーション良し　料理　心のある料理、お部屋も清潔　かなり高評価のリピートしたくなる素敵なお宿です。

The owner was very helpful. They came in clutch when we had to bring our dog and there were no rooms available with pets. Definitely coming back since Unit B had a gorgeous view.

Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

Great resort right on the beach. Clean room while dated, it was well maintained and staff was visible and helpful. Did Half board and both Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Restaurant staff was rated 5 stars. Explained every dish. We took advantage of the large public bath, the intimate outdoor Onsen and our private bath in the room All were great. This is an underated hotel as Hagi is an underated place to visit in Japan. I think we were the only Foreigner visitors and we are...

Basic onsen next door for $4 discounted entry for hotel guests was nice, with nice front lounge area. Hotel was a nice enough average business hotel style. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as usual in Japan :)

Ver. Lean, quiet, and convenient location.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a tatami room that faced the landscaped garden. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel bath was also nice. We didn't use the bathing area in the room so I can't speak to that. Staff spoke some English and were very helpful. Hotel location is a bit of a long walk to town. Regretted not purchasing the hotel breakfast. You need to order breakfast/dinner in advance because this is s traditional, if large, Japanese inn.

Every staff has hospitality knowledge, and skill.

Beautiful views, several private and/or 2 public onsen options, delicious and filling traditional Japanese meals (breakfast and dinner), lots of free amenities, free valet parking and wonderful hospitality.

Great location on a hill on the coast near hagi, with a fishing port nearby. Wonderful views from rooms and from outside pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food.
