nice place

was a nice hotel. not to obvious from the road , could use better signage , the hotel is set back . we got kind of a bum steer on area parking and ended up getting a 40 euro parking ticket .

Loud and smoky

We stayed two nights. Wish we had asked for a different room after the first night. Our room faced the court yard. There was no ac so we had windows open. Very loud and horrible smoke from people going outside to smoke and talk late into the night. Hotel was ok but ask for a room that does not face courtyard.

Dears, In one sentence - Terrible experience. Pls read below. Upon arrival the room was not ready-OK it can happen. 19:00, June 14, 2023 I arrived very tiered back from the exhibition In Munich, the key is not in order to open the room. I went down to reception & back to the room. The room is not clean. The telephone in the room is disconnected. I sent them an email, no reply. Again, I went down to reception, they said "we clean the room every TWO days". I never heard about it. In my humble opinion, no value for money, I expect to get refund from the hotel. Thank you. Kind of a difficult place.

I couldn't arrive on the day of check in, so I called the hotel myself, to warn them that I would not be able to check in, after more than 20 minutes waiting on the phone, I gave up. Then I called the hotels.com help line, I was promptly answered, and the representative was very helpful, he asked me to hold on the line while he contacts the Azimut hotel. After about 25 minutes, the representative came back to me and apologized for the time I waited, and informe me that he wasn't able to contact them, he also waited in line for a while without any answer from the hotel. He said that he will e-mail the hotel explaining that I couldn't make the check in, and, will also ask the hotel for the possibility of a refund of the night that I lost. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, I explained the situation to the Front Desk respresentative, and he said that if he is working with a guest, he will not pick up the phone, and I also asked about the night that I lost, if was possible to refund it, he said it was OK and he will credit my card for that. That never happened, I got charged for the night that I lost.

An der Rezension sind wir freundlich empfangen worden Unsere Wünsche wurden gleich umgesetzt. Wir bekamen ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer . Das Zimmer war durch die große Fensterfront hell und freundlich. Ein schönes Doppelbett ein großer Schreibtisch ein Flach Tv allrs was man braucht. Das Bad groß Dusche ebenerdig alles prima. ( die beiden Duschvorhänge müßten mal erneuert werden) .Handtücher sauber schön weich. Wurden ausgetauscht wenn man sie auf die Erde legte. Sehr zufrieden. Duschzeug war aufgefüllt. Föhn heile. Was will man mehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Frühstück war uns für 16 Euro zuteuer haben es nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Das Hotel hat nach wie vor ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Außerhalb der Messezeiten kann man sehr günstig übernachten. Parkplatzmöglickeiten in der nächsten Umgebung leicht zu finden und ist kostenlos. Öffentliche Verkehrmittel (Berg am Laim) 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Würde empfehlen
