Room was very clean and convenient to the Munich HBF train station, tram, U and S lines as well as old town. The Blue Bus/Hop On Hop Off buses were also convenient The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A really good find in Munich. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station and an easy walk to the old town. Good rooms, good breakfast and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, arranging an easy late check-in after travel problems. We will stay here again
