Our modern ground-floor apartment offers 36 m² of space for up to 3 guests. It features an open-plan, well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed (convertible into two single beds), a spacious living/dining area with seating for dining and working, a cosy reading/TV corner with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available. All essential kitchen utensils are provided, including cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and tea towels. Fresh towels and bed linen are supplied. All guests can use the large garden and adjoining outdoor area. The apartment is designed to be accessible. You will find many walking and cycling paths nearby. Bus and S-Bahn (10 minutes on foot) take you directly to Munich. By car, you can reach Wasserburg and Rosenheim in 30 minutes, and Chiemsee and other lakes in less than an hour.



Museums, a cinema, and an outdoor pool offer variety. Nearby you will find bakeries, farm shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The large garden and courtyard are perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Our common room is ideal for gatherings—great for larger groups!
