All good for this price. Perfect location (2 min to underground which goes directly to city center about 10-12 mins). Breakfast was pretty simple, only boiled eggs , nothing else ‘hot’).

The hotel is well placed for transport links, especially with the AirPort Express bus over the road. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is perfectly fine with enough options.

Good hotel

Stayed over for Germany vs Scotland game. Hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Bar open when we returned from the game, service great and friendly. Breakfast lovely plenty choice.

Minimalist amenities, clean room, single towel, single pillow. Small spaces - little room to access luggage (suitcases). Convenient location to walk to public transportation and airport shuttle.

Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!

The large, heavy window fell into our room and onto one of the beds as we entered the room. The receptionist was helpful in moving our room and helped to hold the window out of the way while we grabbed our things. However Hotel Management has not even bothered to reply to the message I sent to them 7 days ago telling them about the incident. At least an apology would have been nice. A change in our travel plans meant we were not able to use two of the breakfasts we had paid for as our trains left before the breakfast opened. The hotel would not refund, even after the window incident. This hotel chain clearly cares nothing for their customers and their reception staff, while polite and as helpful as they can be, have very little authority.

It was an okay, older hotel. We only booked it for Oktoberfest so we would be away from the city center but have transportation options. The room didn’t have AC but luckily we could open windows. It was fine for our needs.

Not good in warm days

The reception, cleaning and services were great, well located next to Metro/U-Bahn. The air conditioner was not working properly and there is no mini bar/fridge, so consider that when staying there in warmer days.

The only thing that spoiled our stay, was a large (and noisy) group of visitors to the Darts competition taking place over the Easter weekend. The poor Receptionist had a hard time with them. There also a large group of American teenagers on a school trip, and they too were very noisy in the bar area; we had to ask their teachers to intervene (they were sitting there saying nothing!).
