Everything was so awesome… stay here for a truly comfortable unique stay! Close to so many bakeries cafés restaurants things to see things to do bus stops. Safe neighborhood very very walkable. Everybody is super friendly. You’re right above a bakery for the morning treats. Beds are comfortable. Lounge area is so nice and so is the rooftop sun deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in Germany.

Hotel is across from Oktoberfest site. Unusual second floor location of lobby with self check in after 20:30. Large comfortable room with queen beds and built in bunk bed for kids. Fridge, cook top, a few pots and dishes, dish washer. AC did not work which made sleeping during our August vacation uncomfortable. Independent bakery below hotel on main floor good for breakfast. Restaurants with walking distance. About 13 euro Bolt ride to center of old town or bus stop right out front

No food available at hotel. Is available nearby. Only issue is that there us no kettle or cups in the room to make yourself a cup of tea or coffe once reception closes. We carry our own tea bags and milk, so we do not need hotel supplies, but not being able to use them is a deal breaker for us.

We loved our stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese in Munich. The Club House room was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to self cater. There’s a supermarket around the corner and it’s only a short train ride into Munich.

Fairly new and modern hotel. Small rooms but well laid out and had everything you need. Cafe in the bottom of rye hotel is great for breakfast and lunch too, and there are many areas in the hotel to hang out and read/work.

The perfect hotel for those visiting for Oktoberfest. We were able to check in a little early after an overnight flight which was very helpful. The staff was great and the cafe on the ground floor was a perfect spot for breakfast.
