Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnung auf der ganzen Welt genutzt. In Puchheim hatten wir unser mit Abstand schlechteste Ferienwohnung. Es war nicht geputzt. Im Bad fanden sich noch die Seifen- und Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken, der Dusche, auf dem Spiegel und der Ablage. Überall Spinnengewebe mit ihren Erbauern. Bettwäsche war zerrissen, die Heizung war mit einem losen Backstein stabilisiert. Die Krönung waren jedoch die vielen Kakerlaken, die wir erst spät abends bei der Heimkehr nach Anschalten des Lichtes sahen. Die Vermieterin war nicht zu erreichen. Nachdem wir alles fotodokumentiert hatten, sind wir fluchtartig vorzeitig abgereist. FEWO und das Gesundheitsamt haben wir informiert.

Wir haben eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und man kann direkt vor der Wohnung parken. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen, wenn wir eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in München brauchen.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Für eine Nacht war alles da, was nötig war. ein längerer Aufenthalt ist möglich, aber die Küche hat keinen Wasseranschluss, das Wasser muss aus dem angrenzenden Bad geholt werden. wen das nicht stört, der findet hier eine hübsche Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage.

Das 1R-Appartement unter dem Dach eines Einfamilienhauses ist eine gute Wahl für München-Besucher. Es sind nur wenige Bushaltestellen bis zur S-Bahnstation Puchheim. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Schöner Ausblick von der Loggia über die Siedlung zum Feld. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und reagiert auf Anfragen unmittelbar.

Frau Vilk ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat uns sauber gewartet. Es war warm was am wichtigsten war weil draußen war schlechtes Wetter. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre.

Eine einfache saubere Ferienwohnung die genau so aussieht wie auf dem Bild. Die Vermieterin ist völlig unkompliziert und nett. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und Einkaufen ist auch kein Problem. Mein Fazit lautet: Optimal für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Ausflug zum Oktoberfest.

Wir haben es uns für ein paar Tage gemütlich gemacht und es gab alles, was man so braucht.Dennoch war der erste Eindruck sehr enttäuschend, da angebrochene Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank waren und auch sonst viele offene Lebensmittel fast aufgebraucht herum standen.Am meisten hat uns gestört, das man im Waschbecken im Bad auch abspülen mußte und die Küchenzeile ohne Spülbecken war.Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr alten Möbeln ausgestattet und man kann an keinem Tisch sitzen, da die Stühle nicht zur Höhe der Anrichte passen.An den Feiertagen war es sehr ruhig, was angenehm war.Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße und ist dadurch recht laut.Insgesamt wäre es schön, wenn man bei der Vermietung zu diesem Preis mehr auf Sauberkeit achtet und ein wenig mehr investieren würde.Da die gesamte Abwicklung freundlich war und alles geklappt hat vergeben wir drei Sterne.Die Wohnung selbst hat in unseren Augen knapp zwei Sterne verdient.
