Our room was clean, staff were friendly, located near lots of amenities (restaurants, metro, shopping), very safe and walkable area. Not a far walk from old town or the central train station. Metro stop was close and took you to all the places you’d want to go in Munich easily! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Hotel staff were fsntastic. Noting that it was 29 degrees outside and there was no air conditioning so our room was very hot during our stay which made it difficult to sleep. The location of the hotel is great because it close to many restaurants and the main train station.

The hotel was as expected. Service was good and the staff (especially at the reception) very friendly. However, the hotel is not very baby stroller friendly. They have back door next to the elevator to go in and out, but we needed to carry the stroller several stairs every day to have the breakfast. The same to access the reception. The church bell "show" every morning at 8AM was also a bit annoying.

Great location close to central station, walking distance to center.etc. Breakfast mediorce, if you go early bread etc is warm but otherwise not much worth mentioning. Room basic but clean, beds are hard and pillows the type that cushioning escapes behind your head.

We chose this hotel because it’s close to the train terminal which was convenient. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced. The hotel itself needs some attention and renovations. Carpets are old and dirty. Rooms are humid. Underground parking is available but has limited capacity.

The hotel as conveniently located not far from the train station or Marienplatz. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Our room was small for four people. The bathroom was awkward with a very small shower and not enough shelves or towel racks for four people. It would have been fine for two. The room also did not have very good ventilation or air conditioning. It was hot when we were there and the room was very stuffy.

Good location but poorly designed

A quick check in. The layout of the hotel is strange. To get to reception you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs and then to get to room you have carry them up some more stairs, pass the dining room, and then down another set of stairs!! Not very user friendly

Pros: Front desk staff and cleaning staff friendly. Rooms had everything you need for an enjoyable stay including hair dryer, mini fridge, wardrobe for clothes and shoes, tv, desk and chairs. Hotel in short walking distance to main train station, city centre, grocery store and restaurants. Cons: Accessibility: There are numerous steps from the front door to the reception that make it difficult with a stroller and luggage. There are 2 more additional series of a few steps on the first floor. Once checked in, guests can use the back door near the elevator and driveway to parking lot for easy access with a stroller. It is highly recommended that front desk staff offer to meet guests with children or with other accessibility needs at the front door and escort them to their rooms from the other entrance before check-in.

Had a pleasant stay in Munich! **Room:** Spacious enough for two people with large luggage, comfy beds, and although decorated in an old style, it was impeccably clean – a solid 5-star for cleanliness. The occasional church clock chime in the afternoon added charm without disrupting our sleep at night. **Location:** Situated across from the beautiful St. Paul Church, and conveniently just a few steps from the U-Bahn metro station. The tram is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. **Staff:** The staff was friendly, although their advice on nearby areas was somewhat limited. **Note:** Be prepared for the challenge of navigating numerous stairs from the front door to the elevator, especially if you have large luggage. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few quirks.

The hotel is in a good location not far from the Octoberfest grounds. It is also a 20-25 minute walk from the center of Munich. There are lots of steps to go through in this property which is a negative, but overall the room was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this property and stay here again!
