The property was situated within a 7 minute walk of the main railway station The staff are excellent very helpful The room was very clean and tidy a little on the small side ie shower small sink small TV small beds were large and the breakfast was very good

Sadly, there are a number of erotic night clubs very close by. The area just wasn't very pleasant, although at no time did we feel unsafe. The hotel itself was great. It was close to transportation, had a free breakfast, which was excellent, and was surpringly quiet.

Decent hotel, excellent location

We spent the Octoberfest opening weekend in Hotel Italia. The location is perfect and hotel is ok. There is no aircon in the rooms, as the days were hot it was also really warm in the rooms at night. Beware of the noise from the street, bring earplugs if you want to sleep...

The Hotel is next to a Stripclub and the Music was got on until after 5.30am. Terrible nights sleep, complained to the Front Desk and they said we know? Not great but clean and tidy

The hotel was alright, the room was decent, the breakfast was good and the staff was good. The area around the hotel is kind of shady though. There is a strip club next to it along with some other bars and thus noisy nights. We did wake up a few times during the night due to the noise on the street. There is no AC, so you might have to keep the window open on hot summer nights and that makes it worse.

Nice location, close to train station. The elevator was broken down, so we had to carry our luggage up and down. Out room facing the stairs and the sound proof was not good, so we can hear people talking all night because of oktoberfest was going on. I asked to extend 1 hour until 12 pm for checking out but was refused. Usually no problem with other hotels I have stayed.

The hotel was adequate inside but hotel is directly beside a noisy strip club that also attracts a rough crowd so when we stayed there, there was a big fight outside the club that was traumatizing to see and hear. The staff doesn't really speak English and the owner will not give a refund for any circumstance.

Hi! Hotel picture of room is misrepresented! Shower so small I bumped my head on the wall so hard! Bed has one flat pillow and room is congested ! I had such a hard uncomfortable bed and slept only few hours This is coated in a dirty looking street area! Strip joint is close by such a seedy are! Went for a walk andsomeone was following from the receptionist was very unfriendly the first one I met and as soon as she finished conversation head went downwards just not courteous and unwelcoming! I checked out after first night very early and checked into Eden Wolff right across central station!

Property was located next door to a strip club. My room was on the 2nd floor right above the entrance to the strip club and shared a wall with the strip club. It t was loud and I heard music at night. When I looked out my window I could see stripping reflected in the windows of the buildings across the street. Iā€™m not sure if this was live or a video but it clearly showed a round stage with strippers. It was loud, very unsettling, and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I asked to be moved the next night and the hotel gave me a new room without asking questions and that room was good. I would like to request a refund for the first night in the unacceptable room.

The Hotel itself is a 3 star hotel. However, the staffs are not that friendly and there is even a curfew of visitors. The breakfast is more than what i expected from the hotel. Staffs in the breakfast are so approachable. The room are cleaned but the room i am assigned is good for 3 person. I dont know if its a complement or not but o requested the reception to change me to a double or kingsize bes but they say they cannot. So it is still useful if the app says for how many person because at the end the hotel didnt prepares for singlw person. I would give a 2 star for this hotel instead of giving one because the breakfast is good for me
