Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma sufficiente per notare alcune criticità. Il personale è risultato piuttosto scortese. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente un problema alla finestra del bagno, che non si apriva e non garantiva alcuna aerazione. Ci era stato assicurato che l’avrebbero sistemata il giorno successivo, ma non è stato fatto nulla. Un disagio notevole, soprattutto considerando che avevamo prenotato una junior suite per quattro persone. Per la colazione abbiamo preferito rivolgerci a un panificio/pasticceria nelle vicinanze dell’hotel: ottima e con prezzi nella norma. L’hotel è curato e la camera spaziosa e ben arredata, anche se i cuscini in piuma sono piuttosto scomodi e possono facilmente causare torcicollo. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, ma l’esperienza è stata penalizzata dalla scarsa attenzione del personale e dalla mancata risoluzione del problema segnalato.

Our group had stayed at this hotel one week prior, and my review was less than glowing. This time, however, we had a larger room, the pillows were excellent. Any stay can have special needs, and I want to extend special kudos to Mariia. She’s an immigrant from Ukraine. She’s a fantastic problem solver and manages employees well, with persistence, kindness and never raising her voice. I would recommend this hotel strongly, as a high value proposition.

Das Hotel war gut besucht. Spontan, an der Rezeption gebucht und noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Das 1-Bett Zimmer war im Nebengebäude. Bad modern. Zimmer geräumig. Mir hat eine Steckdose am Bett und am Schreibtisch gefehlt. Restaurant, neben dem Hotel, sehr gut. Das Frühstück im Hotel ebenfalls sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Da hat es mir an nichts gefehlt. Personal beim Frühstück sehr zurückhaltend, da gab es keinen Kontakt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr neu und sehr geräumig. Auch für größere Autos optimal. Einstellgebühr sehr günstig. Keine Lärmbelästigung durch Verkehr o.ä. im Zimmer. Nur das Bett war schlecht. Auf der Matratze habe ich schlecht geschlafen. Die sollte man mindestens austauschen. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, da das Hauptgebäude sehr modern rüber kommt, ohne den bayerischen Charme zu verlieren.

I made an error with my reservation and the front office staff were more than accommodating! The pillows could be updated. On our day of checkout there was a fire alarm drill. No management was present to direct guests. It was left to housekeeping staff to manage guests, and they were not prepared for this. I loved the breakfast!

Was für eine abgerockte Bude. 3 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 ? Never. Internet Auftritt gelungen, leider habe ich mir nicht die Zeit genommen, um die Bewertungen vorher zu lesen. Fehler, ganz großer Fehler. Lobby ansprechend, da hatte man noch die Illusion, alles passt. Dann im Zimmer Schock: Die Einrichtung war vor 10 Jahren bereits sanierungsbedürftig, Sauberkeit naja, wenn man nicht barfuß läuft, holt man sich wohl nix weg. Aber die Herausforderung erster Güte war die höllische Temperatur im Zimmer und vor allem Badezimmer. Ohne, dass die Heizung überhaupt an war waren im Zimmer locker 25 Grad, im Bad weit über 30 Grad. Alleine Zähneputzen fühlte wegen der Temperatur fast zur Ohnmacht, längere Aufenthalte im Bad unmöglich ohne anschließende medizinische Versorgung. Auch der Versuch das abzufedern indem wir das Fenster die ganze Nacht offen gelassen haben, hat nicht viel gebracht außer eine extrem kurze Nacht mit Kopfschmerzen und kurz vorm Dehydrieren. Alles in allem ein Reinfall erster Güte. Ich habe den geplanten Aufenthalt für den 23.10.2025 umgehend storniert, auch wenn ich tatsächlich den vollen Preis als Stornierungsgebühr zahlen muss. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, aber noch eine Nacht in dem Schuppen - niemals.
