I really like the hotel. Staff are very polite, helpfilvand friendly. The hotel is very clean, it is close to the train station. It is by the river and its nice to go out for a walk.

Normal hotel, good.

First time in this hotel. Very close to the S-Bahn station. I got normal a room, nothing special but nothing to complain, maybe the bad room a bit too old style. Team friendly, breakfast normal. I suggest it if you are in that area.

Kƶnnte gut sein wenn man nett empfangen wĆ¼rde.

Unfreundlicher Empfang bei Anreise. Es ist wohl nicht gewĆ¼nscht 30 min vor Ankunft zu buchen. Zimmer sollte eine Kategorie besser sein... Ist aber ein kleines Standard Zimmer direkt am Flur Eingang neben der Rezeption. Schallschutz hƶrt sich anders an. Auf den Gold Vorteil musste hinweisen werden und dieser wurde dann wiederwillig ausgestellt. Wann und wo FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck stattfindet auch erst auf Nachfrage. Bett ist OK wenn man weiƟ das ein nicht Stein Kissen im Schrank versteckt ist. Gute Seiten: die restlichen Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Restaurant ist preislich angemessen und sehr schƶn. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist Standard. Fazit: Preis ist ein bisschen zu hoch fĆ¼r die Leistung. Ob das Zimmer wirklich eine Kategorie besser als schlechtestes ist bezweifle ich stark.

Super freundlich, modern und sehr ansprechend

Nachdem ich einer der ersten GƤste nach dem Corona-Lock-down war, kann ich natĆ¼rlich nicht alles bewerten. Aber - ich wurde mehr als freundlich empfangen. Die Chefin kam extra meinetwegen noch einmal ins Hotel, da ich vergessen hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen. Das hat sie fĆ¼r mich dann auch ohne jegliches Zƶgern arrangiert. Im AuƟenbereich - der wirklich schƶn und ruhig ist - war ich der einzige Gast. Trotz dieser Tatsache und der das es schon 21 Uhr Abends war - und spƤtestens um 22 alles geschlossen sein muƟte - bekam ich warmes Essen und den vollen Service. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sehr sauber. Ich fand nichts zu meckern... :-)

Schƶnes Ambiente, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, ruhiges Zimmer. Das Einzige, was verbesserungswĆ¼rdig wƤre, wƤre die Matratze im Einzelbett. Habe diese als viel zu weich empfunden und nicht gut geschlafen.
