People are friendly and helpful. It’s reasonable price and clean room but poor amenities that is only thing I want to require. I recommend for money saving trip to Munich.

The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Right across from the train station was very convenient. There was a grocery store a 5 minute walk away which was great to not have to eat out every night. Will definitely stay here for our next trip.

Personally like the self check in.. email with access codes and room information.. We arrived late and left early.. Parked on the hotel grounds.. not many spaces and no off site parking that I could see,so if it was busy parking could be an issue but not for me so all good. The room was more than adequate for me and my grandson.. two single beds side board and a workstation.. Seems like the rooms have been recently redone..new carpet.new beds and new furniture etc... We found it very comfortable and warm as it was the middle of November and very cold outside the heating worked a treat.. I'm not sure about others but personally all I look for is a clean bed and a hot shower.. again not disappointed as the shower was great plenty of hot running water and complimentary shower gel and soap was also available in the bathroom.. Can't advise on the area other than there is tram or train station across the road.. so overall very happy with our stay and would be happy to return...

The room itself was mostly fine. It was clean and comfortable. It had obviously been redone recently. However, the bathroom step up was a toe stubbing nightmare in the middle of the night. The shower itself was as awkward as awkward could be. The real issues were with accessibility. The paid self parking was a nightmare. It said online it would be 8 per night; however, the individual who checked us in charged us 10 per night and when I questioned the discrepancy, he said I was lucky to pay the 10 because parking on the street was 10 per hour. We were tired. We paid it and asked where in their lot to park. We were told "anywhere." We came out the next morning to our car blocked in by a work van because we were parked in their space. All but 2 spaces were labeled that they belong to other businesses. The parking arm does not have a sensor, so you have to call the desk to exit. The lobby needs significant work. The street below is incredibly loud, but in the summer, you will melt without the window open so you're forced to pick your evil.

Old fashion hotel

Old fashion hotel that is a bit hard to find in an block of flats. Breakfest quite poor also. If you just want to sleep its ok.

A bargain for the budget traveller

Stayed there for two days; two adults and a kid. Clean, neat and friendly. Small rooms, but they have what is needed. Extra plus for three proper beds in the triple room. Convenient location just a short walk from the Laim train station, which makes both city centre and airport easily accessible. Difficult to find better value for money in Munich for the budget traveller.

The area was terrible for parking, looked sketchy and the room was very very small. Only a place to rest your body. Would not recommend for the extremely high price.

This hotel was in terrible condition with holes in the wall, no firealarm present, doesn´t speak english. Room was overall ok, bathroom was not very nice. Breakfast not included and a quick glance in the room put us of from eating there anyway.

This is a very old property. Needs a lot of upkeep. There are no elevators inside the property to get the room. The rooms are very basic. There are no fans or AC in the rooms.

le quartier est très limite, l'hotel n'est pas facile à trouver. Les chambres dans un piteux état et clou du spectacle, un cafard à traversé alors que j'étais sur mon ordinateur. J'ai demandé à la direction de me contacter. aucun retour. A éviter, il y a d'autre hotels bien mieux et pas beaucoup plus chers dans Munich à cette période de l'année.
