Check-in staff were very helpful/friendly, but their directions to parking and Tower 2 rooms was confusing (quite a long walk from reception to Tower 2. Wish we had more time to use the pool and tennis courts. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent

Clean comfortable and good facilities

Very efficient check in and out process. Room was very comfortable and bathroom clean and spacious with bath and separate shower, toilettries provided. Friendly professional bar service, limited choice of meals but served quickly and good quality.

We stayed there during the FC Bayern match agains Leverkusen and Oktoberfest, so pricing has been more expensive than normally. Nice and modern hotel. Good pool and sauna area (not much traffic), good breakfast and big and nice equipped rooms Good location for visits to Allianz arena, but not too nice direct surroundings of the hotel Definitely recommendable

Staff were helpful (in English) giving advice on navigating local buses to get to trains etc which was valuable given we’d never been in Munich before. Room was just as advertised - no problems to speak of.

Nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff who helped us change room after booking a different then what we had thought. Spa was nice, however, with many (noisy) kids in the pool and sauna areas.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Our issue was we were a group of 10 people (2 people in 5 rooms), 1 room had 2 towels but the others only had 1 towel. Plus, the room we stayed in (#469) had a glitch in the electrical system that kept the lights on all night. We notified staff, but hope it gets resolved for future patrons.

A very nice hotel with amenities. I fell in the bar/restaurant area and hurt my right wrist and hit my knee. My wrist is swollen and hurt is bruised. That same evening (2) other ladies fell. The manager brought ice to my room. The step down stairs are invisible and very dangerous. The food was tasty and drinks were good.

Came to visit from Canada and the staff was fabulous. They were very approachable and friendly and provided a service of perfection. We had booked two rooms and the only issue we had in our room was with regards to the air conditioning not working properly which we understand can take time to fix as they have to schedule maintenance who may have come after we had checked out. Also, I would recommend having a small cooler in units to store food/beverages. Other than that, it’s a fabulous stay and highly recommended. Lastly, a big shoutout to the very kind female individual (my apologies for forgetting your name) at the front desk for the German food recommendations and for providing a seamless experience!
