A funky, modern hotel within walking distance Adele concert. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast selection and hot food and drinks available. Games / pool / comfy sofas and chairs in the large reception area. Rooms comfy and air conditioned. Would deffo stay again!

I have to say that the staff there was amazing! They stayed through the night to get all of the travellers affected by the storm and delayed travel in Munich checked in and many were still there the next MORNING! They were shoveling snow and ice from the walkway and all had a great and friendly attitude!! Amazing! They all deserve Christmas bonuses!!!

There is a table outside of my room which invited people to sit at a chat all night long. I am unsure if these folks were staff or other guests. I literally did not sleep soundly for 5 nights due to the loud conversations that took place. The front desk were crass but the bartenders were awesome. Great selection of beer, drinks and games to idle away the evening hours.

We chose to stay at Moxy because it was conveniently located from the Olympia Park where we attended a music festival. However, I wish I had read some of the reviews more thoroughly. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for us. They almost feel like they were of overblown air mattress quality. I had read a past review after we checked in that complained similarly…however some people seem to think the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a very trendy lobby and the atmosphere is pleasant and very thoughtfully/cutely decorated. If all you need is the bare bones in your room—this can be a great option. In the future I would stay elsewhere on account of the bed quality. We did appreciate the free coffee downstairs though (plus to go cups) and the staff were very friendly! Also side note, if you’re traveling as a couple…make sure you’re comfortable with the toilet being just a couple meters away from the bed! The sliding door is thin! Overall, Moxy is convenient and trendy but for anyone who values their quality of sleep…bring your own pillow or stay elsewhere.

Wow ... I mean WOW!

The reception staff were absolutely amazing! Aside from that, this hotel is spotless, it has really comfortable beds and it's ~500m from the Liam S2 subway station.

Basic hotel

I booked MOXY for 3 nights for a conference. I had booked a double room yet on the first instance was given a twin room. They were happy to change but I should have been given the correct room in the first place. Rooms are basic with few amenities: hardly anywhere to hang clothes, nowhere to store clothes, no kettle, no safe. I’d say this was fine for one night only
