Nice hotel with a great room except that it was noisy...the first floor I think was above the kitchen and laundry, and so there was lots of noise until 2AM and then starting from 4AM that kept waking me up. The staff, particularly the front desk and kitchen staff were awesome. The breakfast is definitely worth paying for. The area the hotel is in is a little sketchy; I was definitely uncomfortable being out on the street, especially walking between the hotel and to the southeast after dark.

Great surprise!

We loved this hotel! We were greeted with an incredibly friendly check in, the breakfast was amazing as well as the staff we felt just like family. Our room was pleasant and the coffee was great. If we come back, we definitely would stay here again! Also, you can’t beat the location!

Our AC stopped working… they gave us a new room for the night which was nice. Then we went back to our old room once they fixed the issue. The rooms never got cold enough for me. I did nottttt like the area. It was nice being able to walk to Oktoberfest but I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else. For the amount we paid, I expected a lot more. I did not feel safe once I stepped out of our hotel.

Chose the hotel due to it's proximity to the city center and the option of parking in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were warm and cozy. The allowed me to leave the car in parking after my check-out and we enjoyed the xmas markets until we had to leave for the airport.

Great Hotel and very good value for money. Breakfast is very good and rooms are to a very good standard overall. Great location; walking distance to the train station and UBahn but with the location close to the main station results in a lot of groups of men hanging around like most big German cities. That said I didn’t feel unsafe and would definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel just a short walk from the main train station. I loved my room which was very spacious and had air conditioning! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

Staff, especially Jean Paul from France who spoke four languages, were super helpful and kind. The hotel was great too, nice location, clean and quiet rooms. Overall a great experience!!!
