First time traveller to Germany from USA, staff spoke great Deutsch and English. Easy check in and out. One of the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. After my flight in, I slept over 12 hours! Bathroom was clean along with the entire hotel. All around amazing stay and I would definitely go back.

We were surprised by this hotel, we really liked it, we had a little trouble checking in but it all worked out with patience, theres hardly any staff around. Whuch we didnt mind as we were out everyday day. We did enjoy staying there as it was clean, comfortable, and would stay again.

The hotel should update their Expedia photos as they are a faceless hotel now. There is no reception staff, actually no staff to deal with any problems as they occur. My request for more liquid soap in the bathrooms was ignored. This is not a tourist orientated hotel if you don't have a car. The rooms were a bit on the small side but it is mentioned what square metreage the rooms are. The shower was broken and wouldn't stay in a correct position or deliver a suitable flow to wash. The lift looked to have been out of order for a long time. This makes a difference when you aren't 25 years old to have to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The window could be opened to allow airflow but it was dependent on wind direction blowing in the cigarette smoke from the smoking area. Had to close the window on 2 nights. The place had a local supermarket and bakery below which helped out well. The Italian restaurant close by is worth the 5 minute walk. Other local places were a short 10 to 15 minute walk away. Safe environment to walk around at any time. Close buses outside the door and train stations a 15 minute walk. Good learning experience in staying at unstaffed hotels. Probably wouldn't do it again.

Clean room, great location a little bit outside the city centre but if you have a car, you’re grand. There is also a train to the centre. There is a cafe and a shop downstairs, outside of the hotel and the hotel has a lounge with coffee machine (paid) and a vending machine.

Super easy

Hotel is easy, you can checkin online in order not to lose time, but there is no check-out. If you use the reception, they are realy bice people. It is clean and comfortable.

The room itself was very good and everything was clean. However, the people that loiter around the hotel are very sketchy and make the place seem unsafe. Had one guy make a finger gun and point it in my direction and then start laughing. There’s people drinking in public around the area as well.
