Wonderful location - just a block away from Oktoberfest. There were grocery stores and bakeries nearby. The place was modern, comfortable, great shower, easy to find. Communication with the property was fast and instructions were easy to follow. Would stay there again.

This property was clean and modern for my one night stay. Communication was great and I was able to access the unit on my own with no problems. I bought some groceries nearby and liked having a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep since the area was quiet.

Nice stay, easy access from airport and to Marienplatz and English Garden. The apartment is small but well furnished. We appreciated the 2 burner electric stove and mini/fridge for when we needed to stay in and eat. There are several grocery stores and restaurants near the apartment.

My family and I stayed here during Oktoberfest. The only positives were the location and the communication. Check in was confusing. Fortunately housekeeping was onsite and helped us. There was a strange, unpleasant smell in the bathroom when we arrived. The next morning we noticed that it was in the hallways as well. Cleaning agent? The wood slats on the pullout were broken and it was basically a mattress on the floor. Large enough for a child but definitely not for an adult.The sill on the shower is very small and water ran into the bathroom. On the positive side, all our questions were responded to quickly via email. Location was good. I would not stay here again, especially at the rate of over 400e per night.

Near perfect place for a city stay

The only thing I can fault the accommodation for was the lack of an AC. Although a fan was provided in the room, temperatures in de city reached 30+ degrees, which made the room a bit too warm for my liking. Apart from that, it was perfect: new, clean, easy accessible and central enough to walk everywhere.

Spacious rooms were clean and modern. Close to metro and old city of Munch- very walkable. Checkin and out was fine- always a little concerning when you can’t communicate directly with someone at the property- they have no one on site. Thankfully we didn’t run into any issues

The location of this property is excellent. It is well equipped and communication prior to check in and after was good, albeit by email only. We (a family of five) stayed for 4 nights. We used the two sofa beds which are adequate for kids but not unsuitable, in my opinion, for adults due to the thinness of the mattress and creaking with every movement. The kitchenette area is small but well equipped. The location is outstanding and we really loved the convenience of lots of restaurants and supermarkets near us, including a small supermarket in the same building. A great base from which to explore Munich.

Nice stay but a little quirky

Clean, well-located, modern, comfortable. Good communication. Subway a block away. Amazing Italian restaurant a block away. Plenty of stores for essentials. Quiet. If you arrive early and can’t Checkin until 14:30 there is no way to access baggage storage. There is NO air conditioning. One bathroom had a door the other did not. No linen, pillow or blanket provided for the twin sofa sleeper. Overall a satisfying stay.

Check in was a bit confusing at first but we figured it out. The small lobby had a very odd smell. The amenities on the rental listing are not accurate. Our stay in Munich was the halfway point of a several week trip. One of the big reasons we selected this room was laundry facilities. The facilities are actually a laundromat 2 blocks away. Also parking is street parking so not sure why it stated that parking could be reserved in advance. The water pressure and shower were fantastic but had to take quick showers as the water floods the bathroom floor. The location was great! Close to transportation if needed but you can walk to Old Town in 20 minutes. Many dining options nearby as well as groceries.

The property is close to the train station and on the subway line which is convenient. However, they advertise coin laundry and daily house cleaning on Expedia which is not true. Unfortunately the shower drain was plugged with hair so the water would not drain properly. There is no reception desk to assist with any of these concerns. Overall, there are plenty of better options elsewhere.

This property was not as described. No laundry, small refrigerator (not full sized), structural support in front of the kitchen which made it odd to use, the bathrom smelled terribly and we could not get it to stop smelling. I gave it 3 stars because the underground train was very close and Octoberfest one block away. The room we had was the Zeni. Double check before you book to make sure youre getting what you are paying for.
