Hotel was nice enough -- clean and modern with super helpful staff, and about a 10-min taxi ride to the airport. Two things to note: 1) Beware of price-gouging -- room availability in Munich was tight due to a big concert, and I learned after the fact my reservation was nearly 4x the room's normal rate (my flight was canceled, so it was a same-day reservation, but still). 2) The hotel is in an industrial park with not much of anything around it (I had dinner at a giant wave-pool surfing complex, which was different, if nothing else). The hotel has a restaurant, but it's only open M-F.

What an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Katie, whose warmth and friendliness immediately put me at ease. After a long international flight, I was completely exhausted and a little overwhelmed, but Katie's genuine kindness turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She patiently answered all my questions, and when I was struggling to get the payment to work at the vending machine, she happily stepped in and sorted it out for me without a moment's hesitation. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was truly Katie's hospitality that made the experience unforgettable. When you're tired from traveling abroad, that kind of caring, professional service makes all the difference. She made me feel genuinely welcome and looked after, like a valued guest rather than just another booking. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and a big part of that is thanks to Katie. If you're looking for a place where the staff really go out of their way to help, this is it. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
