All staff were helpful, particularly Greg. I don't recall ever staying anywhere that was so quiet - bliss for sleep-deprived travellers. My only criticism is that I would have liked some information in the apartment about things like where the nearest grocery store was (but I found it fairly easily), etc.

Comfortable option for a stay to enjoy Munich and explore Bavaria. Easy access to central Munich by public transport and access to wider Bavaria by car for visiting tourist areas. Good grocery, Italian and Indian restaurants as well as cafe.

Comfortable, clean and Convenient

The Stay is very clean and comfortable, with kitchenettes. The location is close to several groceries, eating spots and several bus lines getting you to areas of Munich quickly. The front staff, especially Greg, were friendly and helpful. Greg showed me how to use the MVV app for local transit. The room was newly refurbished with fresh carpeting, comfortable beds and great shower. The bath had great lighting and the area is quiet. Cons: The internet was weak to non-existant. In a weeks stay, I was able to get on and stay on just twice. I had planned to work some each day so this was an issue, and was both the phone and the laptop. Perhaps it was my room? all the same, in today's age, this needs to be reliable.

Klein jedoch völlig ausreichend. Töpfe und Teller wie Mikrowelle sind vorhanden und funktionieren. Alles sauber und Parken ist auch kein Problem. Rezeption ist außer Nachts besetzt. Personal war absolut Freudlich.

家族で利用しました。 受付の方がフレンドリーで良かった、周辺のレストランを教えてくれてどこも美味しかった。 １つだけ毎日の掃除があれば言うことなし、昨年利用したアパートメントホテルは掃除が入ってくれたので同じ感覚だったがこちらは入らないとの事、お願いしたらバスタオルは泊まる枚数を快くくれたのでありがたかった。

Gutes Business Hotel in zentraler Lage

Gute Lage am Rand von München mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen dunkel, hat dafür einen Balkon. Alles ist sauber und das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Umgebung ist ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt kein Frühstück aber In der Nähe kann man bei zwei Bäckern lecker frühstücken. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Restaurants.

War ok …

Der Checkin war sehr gut und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ok-nichts berauschendes aber sauber Internet funktionierte teilweise nicht. Die Zimmer sind laut.Glaube nicht das wir zurückkommen werden.

Das WLAN ist grottenschlecht. Eine Besprechung in Teams war nicht ohne Unterbrechungen möglich. Angesichts der Nutzung durch Geschäftsreisende ein NO-Go! Der Rezeptionist hielt es für nötig, einen POC darauf hinzuweisen, dass man hier(!) guten Abend sagt, wenn man an der Rezeption vorbeigeht. Nicht nur angesichts eines internationalen Firmenumfeldes ein NO-Go. Außerdem wurde in 3Tagen nicht einmal das Handtuch gewechselt/aufgeräumt! :-( Einzig die Lage war super.

Sehr gut

Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit Miniküche, die ich zwar nicht gebraucht habe, aber ganz praktisch finde, wenn man sich mal ne Kleinigkeit zubereiten will. Geräumige Tiefgarage für faire 6.- €. Das Bad ist sehr gepflegt, ich hab mich wohl gefühlt.
