Nice hotel with a fairly easy walk from train and tram station. Clean and friendly. Room was very small, and lacked air conditioning. Staff said they are working on getting air conditioning in the future. So, check if you are planning a summer trip.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after leaving a hostel. Check in was swift, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was good value for a nights stay. Highly recommended.

Room was small but worked perfectly and had a great view over the city. Staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and they have all day free to-go coffee. Late night pizza place across the street and some really delicious restaurants and beer gardens in the neighborhood, all within a 5 minute walk. It’s about 10 walk to any of the three public transit stops including S and U Hahn.

I had an excellent time staying at the Westend Hotel in Munich. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest which was a short 10 minute walk away plus the Hackerbrücker train station was an 8 minute walk away where we could travel anywhere in the city including the airport. The buffet breakfast was very good and included several options that were continuously filled. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. 😃

A good basecamp for city explorers.

The hotel was clean both in terms of overall appearance and the room itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relatively good and worth the price (10€ per person) and can be recommended. During the summer heat, the room was hot since the hotel has no air conditioning. The location is very good: within walking distance of the main railway station and, for example, the end of the shopping street at Karlsplatz. The hotel is also located on a quieter street in terms of traffic, so noise did not reach the room. A shopping center is also just a few minutes' walk away. During our visit, there was a construction site across the street, but the noise from it was quite moderate (it did not bother us).

The staff were very polite, great people! I didn't have breakfast, but tee and coffee are free and available 24/7 which really surprised me and I liked a lot. In the same street there are different kinds of food and restaurants and also shopping mall is 100m far, it is big advantage. The room was clean and cozy. The 1 thing I didn't like was pillows for sleeping. They were so soft and in my option not comfortable. Besides that, everything was fine.

Had a great stay at Westend while exploring Munich. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to reach. The optional breakfast was a great value at just $10. Would definitely stay here again!!
