"The parking was quite some distance from the hotel and the possibility to park close to the hotel for unloading luggage was not possible."

"We chose this hotel as we were travelling with our baby and the amenities such as the pool and free parking were attractive. The hotel is also within walking distance of a bus into town and runs a shuttle service at the weekend. Unfortunately our room was disappointing. The AC system is extremely dated and we ended up having to keep the curtains closed with the windows open in our room to keep the room at a safe temperature for our baby. Upon arrival we had to report a few issues to reception, including mould in the in room coffee machine, which were dealt with within 36 hours with varying degrees of friendliness. We had dinner and breakfast within the hotel and were happy with these. The reception area and restaurant/bar have been finished to a high standard and this is hopefully a sign of things to come in the rest of the hotel. "

"Lovely clean room and fabulous bathroom with lots of towels (a larger bath towel would have been great). The bin in the bedroom was not emptied in the three nights we were there, the bathroom bin was emptied. Room 57 had a slight sewage smell when first entering the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. More signage in English would have been very much appreciated, I can understand a lot of German and speak French but sadly Dutch is not understood. Good parking facilities. "

"There is no kitchen, kettle or microwave. There is no common area. Because of this people eat in the beds, in dormitory and even in hallways. Under the beds are many crumbs that do need yo be cleaned up. Check in was great but after that staff were less helpful. The cost of a coffee changed with the staff person. The place you could sit to eat your own food changed (even though the restaurant was closed most of the time I was there. Many people staying there had no idea you could eat your own food at a table so one guy found bathroom was best place. The few garbage cans were full of food and containers. Lights stay on all night in dorms so bring eye mask (could not find a switch in the room). Good location and so much potential. Designate a common area for phone calls and eating - maybe add a microwave and kettle. And make sure all customers have the same information about where they can eat or sit to talk. "
