"Located on the busy main road between Alkmaar and Den Helder, obviously there are times when heavy vehicles can be heard or even cause vibration. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Después de una experiencia muy decepcionante en otro hotel de Ámsterdam, llegar al Hyatt fue un verdadero alivio. Desde el momento del check-in nos sentimos bien recibidos. La habitación era amplia, impecablemente limpia, silenciosa y muy cómoda. El baño también estaba impecable, espacioso y con excelentes instalaciones, exactamente lo que esperábamos para descansar después de un día intenso de turismo. Estábamos tan cansados que decidimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel, y fue una excelente decisión. La comida estaba deliciosa, el servicio fue muy amable y el ambiente muy agradable. Aunque está cerca del aeropuerto y no en el centro de la ciudad, para nuestra última noche fue la elección perfecta. Pudimos descansar de verdad y terminar nuestro viaje con una experiencia excelente. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a quienes busquen comodidad, limpieza, tranquilidad y un servicio de calidad."

"Room was on the 6th floor. Weren’t told the correct lift at first so got a little lost . Had to go back to reception and were given correct instructions to find the room. Exceptionally hot during stay but air con in room was excellent thankfully. Very good location - next to Central Station and close to centre. Dam Square 10-15 min walk, Ann Frank House 25 min walk. Security in hotel very good - bar area very pleasant and reasonably priced . Towels were’nt the best quality- very thin and not generous in size. A non slip mat to use in the shower would be useful as I nearly slipped a couple of times Communal areas could have been cleaner dirt on the stairs remained for the duration of my stay and used food containers left outside rooms for a couple of days. . Overall staff friendly and helpful - a good budget hotel at a decent price . Would use again for convenience ."
