"Der digitale Checkin hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Es musste sowohl bei den Gästen vor mir, als auch bei mir assistiert werden. Die gute Mitarbeiterin hätte genauso gut an einer normalen Rezeption stehen können. Mir ist unverständlich warum man an dem Terminal nochmal alle Daten händisch eingeben muss.
