"We stayed at this property so we could be close to the historic walls of Avila & this location couldn't have been more perfect - actually built into the city walls! This property is stunning; I'm only sorry we didn't have enough time to properly explore it. The breakfast is incredible! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location ,The staff in all roles were first class and always happy to help.Taxi from the train station was approx 7 euros .good places to eat or drink close by .Through th City Gate across the road is a nice Taberna,if you go right outside of the walls next door to the ticket office for the wall walk is a Bodeguita ,and a ceveceria,oppositie Cafe Postes is good ....one to avoid is the hostel cafe ( bad experience ) "

"Great hotel for the price. Very large room with sitting area separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door. A few minutes drive from the city center but getting back and forth by car was easy enough. Staff was helpful and professional."
