"The property is situated in a beautiful valley and the host provided guidance for things to see and do around. The gite is specious downstairs and the kids (and dog!) absolutely loved playing with the donkeys and the turtles. We were offered to purchase a home-cooked meal which was generous and tasty. "The accommodation was superb. Unfortunately we had to curtail our stay. The approach to the property was very narrow and the situation was on a valley terrace.We worried about our dogs safety.The owners (hosts), were excellent, very pleasant and sympathetic. As we wanted to do visits on a daily basis, the thought of driving on the narrow access road at the end of every day deterred us."

We enjoyed the circular walk above Tournemire - at 2 1/2 hours a good starter, the first of many further afield. There are plenty of maps and guides in the living room.
