Bardzo blisko do plaży, cicha dzielnica.

Pros: Bliskość do plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Szybkie odpowiedzi. Łatwość zameldowania. Darmowy parking. Cons: Problemy z elektryką. Kilka razy dziennie wyłączał się prąd. Brak piekarnika ( który powinien być na stanie zgodnie z wyposażeniem w opisie )
