"We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice."

"The Chalet is situated in a wonderful location, with great views of the Tschingel Horns (part of TectonicArena Sardona) and the view of Martinsloch. The Chalet itself, is well equipped, with all the necessary items available for a weeks stay. "Ein wunderbarer Ort um kurz abzuschalten. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr heimelig. Der gesamte Garten ist eingezäunt für Hunde/Kinder und es hat sehr bequeme Liegestühle. Es liegt zwar direkt an der Strasse, wenn man aber hinten raus sitzt und die Schlafzimmer hinten raus hat ist es absolut kein Problem. Gerne wieder!"

"Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen, drei Kinder und einem Hund gemütliche Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns gleich wie daheim. Es hat viel Platz im Haus und viele Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten, dank der vielen Zimmer, den Tischen und der grosszügigen Stube im Obergeschoss. "We travelled with 11 people. From grandparents to 5 kids age 11-14 yrs old. Raffael & Mona’s place was great! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. From the woodstove to the great sound system to relax to. Also walk to some local wineries to pick up a few wines. Raffi was a great host and was always available. Such a unique home. Thanks for having us. "

"Es ist eine super Unterkunft für eine Gruppe oder mehrere Familien (wie in unserem Fall). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat genügend Platz für alles. Auch für die Autos hat es direkt vor dem Haus genug Platz. Die Sauna ist natürlich auch sehr schön nach einem Schneetag. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. In der Beschreibung steht für 8 Personen, es hat aber 9 Betten und auch noch ein Schlafsofa in einem Zimmer, es hätten also locker auch 10 - 11 Leute gut Platz. Wenn wir das vorher...

"The photo of the house is from the backyard, not what you see from the street. There was no street number (5) on the house. Luckily the manager was mowing the yard when we arrived so there was sombody to ask. The house was fine. A little dated but had everything we needed. The location was an easy short walk from the town center. Enjoyef our visit."
