"The apartment is really nicely designed and comfortable. The location is well connected; around 15 mins walk to the Guggenheim and bus/tram options. The check-in and check-out process is very easy as the apartment can be accessed using your phone without the need for keys, which meant the person in our group arriving a bit later was able to let themselves in. We had regular messages over WhatsApp making sure everything was ok. I'd definitely go back to this apartment and would fully recommend...

"This property was in a fantastic location in Bilbao, surrounded by wonderful bars, shops, and restaurants. It was clean, easy to find, and blocked out a lot of the street noise. We had a wonderful time!"

"Greater attention to detail is needed. Eg. Sheets worn and didn’t fit beds, broken bathroom door handle preventing its closure, one sink inoperable and other missing tap handle. No additional toilet rolls and no laundry washing detergent. Has a lot of unrealised potential and needs a freshen up. "
